I uninstalled, reinstalled drivers on win 10 - again everything is perfect when i turn it on it i s recognized in device manager, Sound sources and i can even see the levels working in the TASCAM task bar (where u can change the clock frequency, etc.) So i kept EVERYTHING as is got my laptop and plugged the usb after installing the drivers on my laptop win 7 圆4. Mind u going into sounds or device manager EVERYTHING is PERFECT - US 800 as recording playback audio in device manager EVERYTHING IS TOP NOTCH. Now i don't get any sound unless i REMOVE the USB cable (as a standalone) Upgraded to win 10 圆4 - was working great for 2 months or so. My US 800 been with me for like 4 yrs - working flawlessly on my win 7 X64
